While it is possible to enter the Vatican Museums without a guide, it is not recommended – especially if it is your first time visiting. Home to 26 museums and miles of historical masterpieces, touring with a guide ensures you visit all of the most important rooms and learn the fascinating histories.

Its a 2 hour guided tour. If you want to stay more then 2 hour just let know the guide and get separated from the group.

The dress code for the Vatican Museums is strict but easy to respect. Low-cut or sleeveless dresses, miniskirts, shorts and hats are not allowed. To cover knees and shoulders you can buy plastic cloaks to wrap around. Inside it is preferable to wear long-sleeved shirts and long trousers.
